A buddy called me today and said that his mag catch fell out of the gun in 2 pieces - DPMS LPK.
Ever heard of such a thing?
Did the threading break I guess? I can’t say it would surprise me, given what I’ve read about DPMS… but no, I haven’t heard of that before.
Was it tightened too much?
I saw one that was broken at the tread on a new Olympic plinker years ago at the local shop…I was not suprised though…the whole weapon looked like a roughly cast egg…very fragile that is.
Otherwise,nope I have not seen one since or heard of it.
