No thoughts/comments? Anyone own one in new 13.9" ? How do they shoot? Is that the piston gun I want???
Their 9" 300blk might be my choice if I was to make the leap into that caliber.
I don’t even understand what this is. Mlok is an immediate deal breaker. Piston is a huge red flag that there’s major DEI brain cells in this thing. I only watched half of the video. I’m guessing it would pin on an AR lower?
None of this is appealing or logical to me on any level. I think I’ve seen this designation in my Brownell’s spam emails, but their prices are so absurd anymore, I don’t ever open up any of their emails.

I watched the video; it just doesn’t appeal to me. I’m unconvinced that external short stroke pistons solve any problem, and I’m “invested” in tools, parts, etc for regular AR15 pattern stuff. There are piston guns that still interest me, because I’m a nerd, but this one doesn’t have me checking my wallet.
The point of the 18 was to be cheap, was it not? Maybe that’s why a modernized version doesn’t do anything for me.
