I was having a tough time viewing the pictures…too many distracting side bar photos showing T and A. 
I doubt it. I’d wager not even close considering Brazil is a nation of 191,000,000, Rio metro has a population of 14,000,000 and the total AIDS cases of the nation as of 2008 is 600,000.
Even if every single AIDS case was in Rio it wouldn’t come close to Lobamba, Gaborone, Maseru and cities in South Africa where as many as 40-50% of the females have AIDS, and overall cases being in the 20-30% range.

In the NGC show they encountered a home made concrete barrier reinforced with rebar so as to prevent them from utilizing their AAVs and APCs for cover. The BGs made some poor SOB build the thing over night (the cement was still wet) with a gun to his head.
