bolt carrier group 223rem/204ruger are they the same?

are the bolt carrier group from 223 rem and 204 ruger the same?
may I drop my dpms 204ruger BCG in my colt 223 upper and still works?

204 Ruger is a necked down .223. There is no special bolt group. Barrel (chamber,bore) is the only difference.
