What a mystery, from the description, it would have very likely been the first place they looked.
They obviously looked and didn’t see it?
Or did it get there some other way?
They claimed to have physically searched 28,000 acres in just over a week which seems unlikely considering it is difficult to see 50 yards in most of that area even during the winter.
Well I’m pretty sure you dont have to go ripe a week before a dog can find you.
I wouldn’t think so either.

They search the area they believe to be his shooting position which is perpindicular to the beginning of the exit ramp.
The view may explain why he didnt get more hits than he did and why we didnt see any chunks knocked out of the asphalt when we took the exit to go to Camp Wildcat Friday evening.
