Wow, I noticed several days ago that Brownell’s is a board sponsor here.
Which makes it really conveinent for me to navigate to their site and place my orders, or research parts and how-to’s. I’m usually here already, and now I don’t need to google the Brownell’s site anymore - I can just click it. 
I love Brownells.
While you can find stuff cheaper elsewhere you won’t find a company that will stand behind whatever they sell the way Brownells does. I bought an Ed Brown extractor from Brownells two years ago for a gun that I was having built. The extractor hook sheared off after less than a thousand rounds. I called Ed Brown and was told that since it wasn’t one of their hardcore extractors that they wouldn’t replace the part. At my gunsmiths suggestion I called Brownells and they told me that they would replace it no questions asked.
Now that alone was pretty cool but a week later I get a letter in the mail from Brownells with a check to cover the cost of my shipping costs. It doesn’t get much better than that.
true I like Brownells as well…their website is pretty slow though.
I try to order anything I can from them. Their service is great, their shipping times are hard to beat and the discount they give me really helps.

I have a high speed cable connection and it is as slow as dirt for me.
I also find the site to be a bit slow. It’s ok though, the customer service is worth it.
I don’t know how many times I’ve placed an order, realized the next day that I had forgotten something, called 'em up and they put it in the box from the original order.
I guess my 15M cable connection is worth it then.

They always seem to have what I need and provide excellent customer service doing it.
I too find that their web site is always slow. Good to see them here as a sponsor.
As far as customer service goes, Brownells just gets it.
The only people sad to see my daughter sleeping through the night as she outgrew infanthood were the Brownells’ crew. I can’t count the number of times I’d be up at 3am, bouncing her on my knee, websurfing the Brownells site looking for some part I just can’t live without.
