I bought an MS3 from this guy, and after a month, I have yet to see it. Apparently the first time it was sent, his wife/girlfriend sent it out and there was a mix up with two addresses (out of 2 packages that she was sending out) going to Conroe and Houston, with mine being in Houston. However, somehow either the girlfriend or the USPS lady mixed up the address and my package ended up in Conroe with the other unrelated package. After trying to contact him because the package hadn’t shown up after a week to no avail, I received a text from his girlfriend saying that he was in the hospital. I was sympathetic and said that I would be patient after she gave me the tracking number and it was found that the package was sent to Conroe. She said she would refund me the money if the package would not arrive, but it’s been well over a month and it has yet to arrive. Getting a little irritated at her now dotting communication, I said that if the refund was not given by this Wednesday, I would leave negative feedback. I waited two extra days, today, to finally leave the negative feedback, and now I am still without the sling or refund. I am an isolated case in his feedback as it seems, so I really hope something can still be worked out, but until then, he has - for feedback. Any ideas on what I could do?
How did you pay for the item? If you sent money via Paypal, that might be an option. Be aware, however, they can take a dim view of “gun parts”. I am honestly not sure if they would consider a sling that way.
ETA: I looked at their profile page, and they show as having logged on here last on 12/3/2013. Are they answering your emails or PM’s?
And all their previous iTrader feedback has been positive to this point.
I had some issues with him as well. You and I may have been the shipping mix up. I have had no issues contacting him and my part came today. I guess I was a little more patient with him. He seemed like he was actively trying to make the situation right so I didn’t look too far into it. Hope it goes well with your transaction.
Can you two gents exchange contact info, and see if you can figure out who has what? That may be the fastest resolution to receiving your sling.
Well, after the mix up, he/she said that he got the sling back from the person, and would ship it to me. Also, stated that another tracking number would be given to me, but never was. The first tracking number that I was given (which is saved) had a Conroe destination and showed that it was shipped USPS priority and the recipient received it on Nov. 2. I have all of the texts saved, and will provide them for proof if needed.
I have already pm’d him. However, I never received his sling.
Issue has been resolved. He has refunded me. Thanks for all the help. I will try to sort matters out further through text.
