Assume that’s the new AT. How’s it holding up compared to the previous formula?

It’s too early to tell how durable the new AT is. Lab tests just isn’t as realistic as actual user time tested and utility.

I’ll report back in a few years on mine.

I can tell that the immediate previous iteration of AT holds up well on my Vickers 1911.

Like everything else, things are always improving at WC. The new formulation ArmorTuff is a product of all those years of experience with our coatings, and the technological advances in the coating industry. The current version was developed with longer wear, better lubricity, and more stable(consistant) colors. We are very pleased with the end result:)

I do like it, unfortunately WC 1911s have been out of my price range for a long time. I saw a used two tone CQB that, at the asking price, I probably should have picked it up. Ah well, dream on shall I. :happy:
