This is a carbon-steel OACP that a client of mine had worked on by Brian Bilby in the late '90’s. Nothing too elaborate, sights, reliability, 2-piece guide rod, trigger work. He subsequently had me go through it ( 3-4 years ago) and do a few things like a mild dehorning, re-crown the barrel, lighten the hammer, ream the chamber, and lock the trigger’s OT screw-- a few other odds and ends, then it was reParkerized. It’s had about 2200 rounds through it total. I’ve gone through it again to clean it up, check for any undue wear, cracks, what have you, and it’s fine. Replaced the magazine internals with a Tripp Super 7 kit which I feel is a big boon to reliability in these. Shot it with ball and two different kinds of hollow points-- POI is fine and grouping is a little better than most OACP’s with stock barrel.
Kramer pancake holster thrown if wanted. Grips shown are not what came on it-- stock Colt black rubber did-- these Navidrex rosewoods with reverse swell and my pattern would be a $50 upcharge.
$1200 plus shipping. SOLD
