These have appeared on EBay and a few other sites. Materials look similar to the old M12 holster. Can’t say that I’ve ever heard of these before - were they ever used by the military?
I’ve never seen one. If they exist, its for the waste of taxpayer-owned resources known as ceremony, which is why it attaches to an ALICE or ACU belt but not MOLLE fighting gear. Current issue for the conventional dudes is Safariland, I think.
I’m sure a foursome of morons will find a great opportunity to play dress-up this July and go parading around in the noonday sun in front of their wives while a battalion of their dudes are forced to stand in the sun in heavy, dark clothing to watch.
