After reading this forum I have come to the conclusion that getting a 45 can doesn’t make sense. My only pistols are 1911s, BHP, XD9 and XD45. I don’t shoot the XDs much at all. I still prefer single action. My question is, Can I get a can for my BHP and will it run? If my BHP will work with a silencer than that’s the direction I’d like to go. I’m also going to SBR a couple of AR lowers. Yes I know I could just SBR one of them but I’m doing both. I am planning on getting a can for them and have thought about getting both a 556 and 762 YHM. Should I just get two 556 YHMs or get both 556 and 762. Call me paranoid but with the election looming I’ve decided to do all this just in case they stop future purchases. :mad: That’s why I was thinking of getting one 762. Just in case I decide to get a 762 AR or even a 6.8/6.5 AR in the future. Sorry about the length of the post.
Anyone? Will the HiPower work supressed or should I supress my XD9? Should I trade the XDs off and get something else to supress? How well will a 762 supressor work with 556? Does it lose enough that I should stick with 556 cans? Anyone?
I guess nobody knows the answers to my questions! Funny, I’ve always read this site for the good information from knowlegable professionals. I guess I’ll ask elsewhere.

Thanks Demigod for the reply. I posted on silencertalk. I got layed off and it put this on hold but now I got an increase in my pention with backpay and I’m going back to work. I’m officially Low Speed High Drag per the VA.
