Best shipping scale for home use?

For those of us who do a lot of shipping from home, whats a good shipping scale? I see a few scales on amazon around the same price, but some only go up to 10lbs, while others do 50+lbs. Any advantage to getting the lower rated scales such as more accurate readings on lighter items? Pretty much every scale I’ve read reviews about has some bad reviews about breaking down after a short period of use. Anyone here have a reliable scale that has been used for a long time?

The scales I have (from Amazon) work fine. If you do a lot of heavy shipping, you will want 2 scales. I have one that is up to like 60lbs and has .2 oz gradations. And one that is up to 150lbs but has .2lb gradations.

I have this one: http://www.amazon.com/My-Weigh-UltraShip-U2/dp/B001GE5SME/ref=sr_1_4?s=office-products&ie=UTF8&qid=1306426951&sr=1-4

and this one: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001MY0O0E

They are both still working and both seem to be OK. I have had them since Dec 2008.

I have not checked the larger one against other scales (my son cut the cable on my good [expensive] floor model I had before) but the smaller one I have checked against other scales I have.

I use the small one for small packages and the larger one for large and heavy packages.

Royal EX315W

mixed reviews got it at costco some time ago ? maybe 4-5 years we have used it a lot over the 4+ years mostly sub 20 lb packages and no issues a few things up to 100 lbs

its not confusing if you read the manual  and mine has held up fine

yeah tough to decide I went the costco route so if I had issues would bring it back ? but so far its fine

not sure what is newer and better ? this seems to be discontinued ?
