Best non claw mounting arrangement for HK91?

Hey guys

I am probably picking up an SAR-8 this weekend (HK91 clone). I want to mount an Aimpoint M4 on it. Any good mounting solutions?

edited to add - this is the first mount with a T-1 on my HK 93 - i can co-witness the irons through the T-1.

Is that an Aimpoint branded mount? How well does it hold zero?.

the top one is marked aimpoint, but i think it was made by B&T. the bottom one, i don’t have so i don’t know.
they’re not quick-release, so they’re not meant to be taken on and off. if you remove the mount, you’d have to re-zero.

What I meant to ask was does it maintain zero during use. It isn’t some piece of junk where I have to re-zero it every time I take it out of the bag?

i think you need the 2nd one though - not enough rail space on the first one for a comp M4 - i just checked.

For a G3 I’d rather put a Trijicon TA33 and their G3 mount on it. Minimal weight, 3x magnification when you need it, no magnification with both eyes open.
