Is there any advantage to what type of coating current AR magazines use such as Dry Film, Black Teflon or Grey Teflon?
I plan on buying 50 D&H 30rd magazines with S/S springs and Gen three Magpul follows and have the listed coatings to choose from.
Price is the same for all.
Just ordered 10 of the Black Teflon D&H mags…because I wanted Black mags. Have used all three types and all have worked just fine…never noticed a difference outside of color.
Got mine for $85/10 from DSGArms.
I worry more about manufacturer than finish. Brownells or NHMTG/OKAY are all I’ll buy. No idea what the finish is.
