Who’s got them, and how much? Wanting to build a fun-to-shoot .22 AR-base rifle. Thought it would be fun to play with, and would be my first “personal” build.
Also, I want to assemble my own lower, to get a feel for the parts. If I start with a very basic Mil-Spec stripped Lower, (around $110?), where can I find a decent parts-kit for it?
Basically, I wanted to build this rifle for around or under $900. I have already chosen the stock and handguard, so I have $650 left of budget for the Lower, Parts Kit, and Upper assembly. Can it be done? Could you direct me to some possible manufacturers to check into? Doesn’t have to be the best stuff on the market, but decent quality. Don’t want it to blow up when we go shooting…lol.
