Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl could have a tax-free $350,000 dropped into his bank account if the current investigation into his disappearance from his base in Afghanistan was not desertion, and if he is deemed to have been a prisoner of war for the five years he was held by Islamic militants, Fox News has learned.
Put him through the UCMJ process, to include witnesses that may not be in the administration’s favor (i.e. his fellow platoon members). Forfeit the $350K, sit in Leavenworth for a few years with “Chelsea” Manning and then a dishonorable discharge.
Given that his actions got people killed, I’d like to see him do a few decades. If this POS gets a payday it will be a slap in the face to everyone who died looking for him.
Oh, I agree wholeheartedly. I was just speaking in terms of what is likely (best-case scenario) in today’s PC environment and more importantly, with the current Shitstain-in-Chief residing at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
My prediction? The military will be told to “stand down” and no UCMJ action will be taken. Sad.

1+ to this prediction. The DoD will do as told and do nothing to hurt the image of this administration. Bergdahl will be cleared, he will be rewarded, his accusers will be vilified and persecuted by Holder and the DOJ for slander, liable and whatever they can think up. In a few years Bergdahl will be the new McShitstain in the senate or house.
