Country is Headed to a Constitutional Crisis
(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 10/06/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, announced today that Obama and Democratic National Committee [DNC] filed a Joint Motion for Protective Order to Stay Discovery Pending a Decision on the Motion to Dismiss (which was) filed on 09/24/08.
While legal, Berg stated he is “outraged as this is another attempt to hide the truth from the public; it is obvious that documents do not exist to prove that Obama is qualified to be President.” The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.
Their joint motion indicates a concerted effort to avoid the truth by attempting to delay the judicial process, although legal, by not resolving the issue presented: that is, whether Barack Obama meets the qualifications to be President.
It is obvious that Obama was born in Kenya and does not meet the “qualifications” to be President of the United States pursuant to our United States Constitution. Obama cannot produce a certified copy of his “Vault” [original long version] Birth Certificate from Hawaii because it does not exist.

inclusive vetting process before they are allowed to run for office.
If Obama’s not qualified, then a massive coverup that includes not only the
Democrats but the Republicans has occurred. This coverup would even
include John McCain, since his campaign reviews the vetting process for

A coverup of that magnitude would have to include all of our government

For what it’s worth, I just chatted with a trustworthy buddy (who doesn’t like Obama) who actually knows Mr. Berg (the plaintiff).
He was described to me as somewhat of a tin-foil hat black helicopter conspiracy guy who distrusts gov’t* (regardless of party).
And, if I’m not mistaken, you don’t need to be natural born citizen to be a U.S. Senator … just a U.S. citizen for 8 years and a resident of the state you are senatizing.
Oh well. If you look at the latest filing in the court docket, Mr. Berg is trying to present an anonymous witness to further his case.

I can’t understand why this issue is not immediately dispelled by the obamists if he was born on US soil or why this has not been thoroughly investigated when he indicated his intent to become the POTUS?

while i like the idea brought fourth here i have to ask : how could he <obama> get to this point only to be cutoff at the knees by the lack of a valid birth certificant.don`t you think that that subject would have been covered in his initial startup of his quest to be potus. he has surrounded himself with some pretty savvy people.
