I would like to try a 15 inch rail. My options are buy a new upper with the configuration I want or replace the current MOE handguard.
Is there a 15 inch rail I can put on it with out modifying the existing gas block/ FSP?
Troy Delta rail might be a good option for ya. They make it in a mid-length gas model. It looks like a 13" system though.

Most people these days just dump the fsp when they realize they want a longer rail. Just get a bcm gas block and magpul buis.
