The advertising isn’t really clear here. Is this a BCM part?

(To be clear- I am not asking if BCM makes these in house, but their carbine RE, for example, is clearly marked “BCM Milspec Carbine Stock Hardware MOUNTING KIT” while this is marked “Receiver Extension for M16 Rifle”)
