Debating on whether I should keep it or sell it. I have had it a year now and it has not been out of the safe.
Read your post from the perspective of someone who has no idea who you are and you will see how vague you are being.

Only you can decide to sell…If you don’t think you will shoot it, why not get the money out of it and put it to something to you will.
I doubt you will get what you put into it.

I think the question is pretty simple and straight forward.
You will regret it if you sell it.
There will be a time in your life when you CAN get out and shoot. You will want it then. You have top quality.
Unless of course you have a few AR, and never use it 'cos you like your other BCM more. 
The only other AR I have is a CMMG 10.3 SBR with lots of internal Mods.

How many ARs do you own? What do you use your ARs for? What do you use THIS AR for? What other capabilities do your other (if any) ARs have?
The information you did provide is useless. No one cares whether or not it has KNS anti rotation pins, a timney trigger (did I understand right that you put a timney trigger on a 14.5" rifle with a Chrome lined barrel?)
It would be better if you came in here and said “I have six AR15s. Many are great for long range and a few are SBRs with red dots for up close. This rifle has a funky aftermarket trigger on a solid chassis that I don’t shoot anymore. Should I sell it?”
My answer would be not yes, but hell yes.
But if thats your only AR, I would not sell it.
Do not buy into the hype about “If you sell rifles you only lose money”. While its true, I have sold at least 4 or 5 uppers on this forum alone and would have a pile of useless junk in the corner of my safe that I never used if I hadn’t.

Well I did sell the 1911 the other day.
Sorry I did not go into every detail of what it was intended for use, what kind of Optics I have on it, why I bought it in the first place, etc.
I mean a lot of you guys need to chill out, it’s just a question. I’m not selling it to pay rent. I have a very good job that pays pretty damn good.

You decide if you should sell some of your personal property, although it seems that since you’ve put enough thought into selling it that you posted this thread, you probably have your answer already.

The points being made here are simply that it’s ridiculous to ask if you should sell without giving, at a minimum, your reasons for considering to sell. Think for yourself first, then ask questions.
