So no, definetely not. BCM doesn’t make any Dissipators.
Magpul was showing one with there new rifle length MOE hangards on one of there shot show vids.

Interesting, but obviously a one-off either done by BCM for Magpul, or the boys at Magpul built it themselves from BCM parts (something you could obviously do aswell).
Man that setup is sick! I cant wait for those handgards to come out. Its nice going to be nice running a long handguard without all that unessecary rail.
