BCM customer service

I have to say that I am very impressed with BCM’s customer srvc. I ordered a Magpul MIAD grip from them and it arrived today. Unfortunately it came with 2 of the mid size back straps and no large back strap. I emailed them about the situation and received a reply in less than an hour stating that the missing piece would be shipped out in the morning, no questions asked! I expected to have to send in the whole set and then be shipped a new one. It seems like it getting harder and harder to find good cs these days and it is great to find a company that really tries to take care of customers. Just wanted to pass this along. I was really blown away

BCM is a stand up company for several reasons; CS being one of them.

Yes, BCM is great. They have great products, and customer service. The thing I find most impressive about them is that they are able to maintain this level of customer service with the sheer volume of orders, calls, and e-mails they receive on a daily basis. Throw into the mix that they are constatly developing and introducing new products, and their commitment to CS is truely astounding.

I have not had the need to use their cs, but I did notice that twice recently I placed several orders, and despite their warnings to expect to delays due to high volume, I received my BCM orders faster than anywhere else. They definitely take everything they do very seriously.

they have quick turnarounds on email questions too.

I still think they have the warnings up from 2 years ago. Either way they are still great place to do business.

Nothing but good things to say about their CS!!!

That’s why I always tell people I know to check out BCM, they are a great outfit any way you cut it.

Definitely quick shipping! Ordered a 14.5" middy upper with a permed FSC556 on a Monday night…it was on my doorstep that Friday.

ok the reason bravo company shipped quick because they use USPS priority. Fast and cheap. UPS ground is from 4-8 days. If all the firearms company use Usps priority we all would get our stuff in 3 to 4 days or less.
also all orders before 12 or 1 pm will ship the same day. I ordered ton of stuff from BCM and everytime they gave me free stickers and a catalog. One time, i got a mouse pad from Bravo company usa AAWeeesoomme even tho i don’t use my desktop anymore. but it’s still cool.:laugh:

BCM uppers ship UPS and it was still way faster than I anticipated, especially since the website says to add a few days if having a comp perm attached.

I ordered a Magpul MVG from BCM and they accidently sent me the FDE version instead of black. They promptly shipped out a black one after I emailed them, and told me to keep the FDE one “for my next rifle”. What are those bastards trying to do to me? :laugh:

Top notch customer service

BCM never gave me the chance to use there CS. They ship fast. Shipping fast means alot when your excited to receive something. BCM +1

I had an issue with my BCM Carbine upper and they told me to ship it to them, which they paid for, and the total turn around time was about 2 weeks.

I don’t know if they repaired it or replaced the entire upper but I was very happy with their service.
