All you do is send it to ADCO and have them make it a pencil barrel, fluted job… then wonder why it’s an 8 MOA shooter.

Doesn’t sound like the blems bother any of you but if it does just slap some aluminum black on those puppies and call it a day.
Yes, outstanding value for the money…then again, with the current sale on uppers at BCM, I ended up getting a ELW/KMR for what I consider not a lot more.
Picked up one of these 16" SOCOM uppers as well. Sending it to Adco to be cut to 14.5" and having an extended A2 pinned/welded. Putting this on my blem Aero Precision lower. Going to be my beater/training/go-to rifle.
The Colt LE6920 MP I looked at yesterday looked worse than this…
So are most of yours’ also marked with a (c) on the takedown lug? I am assuming the (c) = cosmetic blem?

These prices are unbelievable. People that are buying lesser quality rifles have no excuse now.
Now assembled my two cosmetic blem bcm lowers from grant and two cosmetic c4 uppers one in 16" and other in 14.5 with bcm comp. can’t wait to sight in. If you are on the fence, grab one or two of these combos. Total rifle price (less sights upper and lower) is between $1145 and $1245. That’s with moe stock BCG, CH, and shipping costs. Prices won’t be this low again.

This is a killer deal…I only wish BCM could send you this with no A2, Delta Ring etc. Just don’t have the tools for removing the A2.
I really hope this trend continues for a while. It’d give guys like me a chance to buy an upper that is otherwise above our price range. Looking at the blemishes you guys are showing, I honestly feel that my upper would look worse than that after a class or two in the gravel.
Yar she blows! The Blem Upper.
Its a BCM blem socom upper with a BCM Bolt-carrier and troy rear sight, all on top of a Spikes Tactical lower with a rock river lower parts kit and a magpul moe stock (this was my first lower that I built). I have a Daniels Def push button sling back plate that i need to buy another and re do. I suck so much with staking castle nuts.
Of course they have 14.5" pinned/A2X SOCOM uppers available now…wish they would have been available a couple of weeks ago! Already sent the barrel off to ADCO to have it cut/A2X pinned/welded. Oh well.
