I’m looking to part out my 16" upper to help fund a new project. The upper was assembled by me using correct tools and torques for all fasteners. Round count through the upper is low (under 200). A couple of the parts (i.e. sights and muzzle brake) have some Krylon paint on them from being swapped from a different rifle. Not interested in trades at this time.
