The upper has about 300-350 rnds through it. It does not come with a charging handle but it does come with a brand new BCM BCG. NO rear sight.
with the upper is a acog TA31f red chevron made last year. only about 300-350 rnds fired with optic attached. It comes with pelican case, lenspen, scope cover and all literature.
