BattleComp 1.5 Teaser Pics

The “teaser pics” below are the BattleComp 1.5 Prototype still in the raw – no deburring, no bead blasting, no heat treating, no oxide coating and no laser etching:

Thanks for all of the interest and support, and hope y’all like the work!

Best,
Alan

Looks F***ING PERFECT!!!

Seriously, very nicely done. Cant wait for mine!

First reply to this thread… Do I win sumpthin???

When can I pre-order

I just installed 1.0 and I’m finally gonna get to go shoot it this weekend… educate the dummy and tell me what’s up with the .5?

Apparently I need to wait for this to come out as its way better than the FSC556 and A2 Birdcage

After watching the videos on your sight, I will.

Denotes added length So that it can be added to a 14.5" barreled rifle permanently to make it legal.

 I need one. Pricing compared to the 1.0?

It was designed for permanent attachment (Pin/Weld) to a 14.5" barrel in-mind, to make a 14.5" barrel 16.1" overall, and therefore not an NFA/SBR weapon.

Gotcha! Thanks  Mine replaced a KX3 Pig on an SBR.

We anticipate the price to be within $5-10 or so of the BC1.0 just based on the increase in materials use and longer machine time. And yes, pinned and welded to a 14.5" barrel, it takes you to 16.1" of barrel length.

We’re kinda liking the sound of $155.00 even.

Standby for confirmation from the bean-counters…

Thanks again for all of the positive comments. We couldn’t do it without you guys.

Anyone interested in non-drilled models? We trying to figure out the quantity of the next batch…

Be safe, and best to you and yours,
Alan

Sweet baby Jesus.

I might have to get a 14.5" middy just because of this.

+1
Hopefully BCM will offer it as an option.

Looks awesome! Great news for the 14.5 builds. This on a 14.5 BCM middy will be the new “hotness” I believe.

I have to admit, I was a bit concerned with the way this would turn out, but I am very impressed. Looking forward to getting one for my brake test.

I hate photobucket, have to wait until I get home to see it:help:

I’m impressed.

Very nice work, glad you went with subtle crenellations instead of some over-the-top sawtooth looking thing.

Great job on the 1.5. It looks awesome. If you guys can come to an agreement with BCM to make these available on their 14.5 uppers, I suspect BCM will be in a constant state of backorder for them because they’ll be selling so fast.

Is muzzle blast much louder with this on a rifle?

Now that I’m looking at these on a computer instead of a phone, NICE move on the dummy slots around the area where the cap is. Very smooth move aesthetically!

The 1.5 looks very impressive. I eagerly await its mass production.
