Hi, lurker fo a while, but this is my first post.
Just wanted to say B.A.D. go’s above and beyond with customer service.
I bought a BAD ASS safety and it would go off safe fine, but was hard to put on. After a while I Emailed and described my problem. Roger was as nice a can be. Sent a new body, a fat long lever to try, new screws because they upgraded and a cool patch.
Not sure what the problem was, but it works great now.
Timeline was - Emailed Tue eve, got a call Wend, had the parts Fri. How do you beat that.
Great company, great product.
