You need a new barrel. 
Scratches don’t appear on your barrel by mistake. Sounds like you need to start exercising some muzzle control.
I second the notion that your only option is a new barrel. Be more careful with that one.
Perhaps it is the throwing it that caused the scratches:D . The only time I would throw my rifle is it I ran out of ammo.

Ohhhh … i forgot to mention that its on the outside layer of the barrel … lol. The scratches aren’t on the INSIDE of the barrel but the OUTSIDE.

Actually they were mocking you. Some people can be so insensitive. Listen, what you need to do is sprinkle some baby powder on your barrel and then apply a thick layer of vagisil. Don’t ask me how it works but it will take the scratches out.
i do the samething to my asshole … and thats ok … because if they get pleasure out of giving bad advice online… then they have serious issues.
