Big fan. This question has been asked a lot but I would like your perspective.
What advantages or dissadvantages are present with choosing a Lightweight barrel over an M4 profile?
I am getting a Daniels Defense Version 5 Lightweight. I like the weight savings but don’t want to sacrafice accuracy or barrel longevity, more barrel life than anything. I don’t plan to go to war but want a rifle that is built too. I considered just purchasing an additional barrel as a spare if I have issues.
I have spoken with Joe from Daniels and he has been very helpful but also welcome your input.
