How many rounds do you guys normally put through your barrels before you replace them? I just got a 16" chrome lined LMT barrel, and I was wondering how long I can keep shooting through this barrel before it gets crappy.
At todays ammo prices you will have to spend many thousands of dollars in ammo to have to worry about shooting out the barrel.
I’ve got a Bushmaster barrel that is 5 years old and has had somewhere around 12,000 rounds through it, and it still shoots the same. I don’t expect to replace it anytime soon.
