Today my barrel showed up that I purchased from someone from another site. I purchased this barrel after being told that it had a m4 barrel extention. Well guess what, it doesnt and I didnt notice until after I removed the front sight assembly. I really dont wont to get another upper receiver assembly and I cant send the barrel back to this ass. My question is can I use a dremmel to make my ramps match up.

While the answer to your question is yes it probably COULD be done, it remains something that probably shouldn’t be done.
You could send it to a pro like ADCO or someone, and they could probably do a good job of it, for the money you would pay to ship it both ways and for the labor. You could more than likely sell what you have and get the proper factory setup. This would be the course of action I would recommend. It sucks you got shafted, but don’t further screw yourself by half-assing it.
If it’s important enough for you to seek them out in the first place I suspect it’s important enough for them to be right.
Probably not what you wanted to hear, but that’s my no-BS suggestion.
