I was recently banned from the website for having multiple accounts. I appologize for this. I was told the ban would expire in seven days. When I checked back in seven days I could only view site from my phone. Is there anyway I can have my pc unbanned as well?

Some people actually do that innocently not realizing the confusion it can cause. Accounts in two locations or what not. Others will forget passwords, change ISPs, and rather than sort it out, will simply open a new account.
I once had to track down some jackass that actually started posting to his own threads in both agreeing and opposing views.
Yes. Most times it was an innocent thing. We do take it very seriously though.

From what I found through his/her facebook and myspace, I think you are right. 
I created one after forgetting my password, the other two I created because I just wanted a new screen name. I should have just e-mailed an Admin about getting a name change. Nothing was meant to be malicious.
Doesn’t it make more sense to simply PM an Admin than to start a thread?
yea, but public humiliation is a great teaching tool.
I emailed an Admin but I recieved no response. Thanks to this thread, though, I learned that all I needed to do was clear my cookies.

Probably no need to feel humiliated looks like lesson learned and shared with the rest of us. Learning bass occurred!
