BAD Lever Question

Ok, So I recently picked up a BAD lever from grant during his recent sale, and put it on my issue weapon, well everyone in my Platoon finger banged it and got a hard on for it. So, now I’m curious if the BAD lever from magpul (or other brands) have an NSN number so we can get our armorer to order us some?

Thanks In Advance guys

.
I tried to find it on the Magpul website to no avail. They listed NSN’s for the P-Mags but not the BAD. So, I’d say there isn’t one…yet.

I think they are great. I sent one to a nephew in MARSOC to see what he thinks but his guns haven’t arrived overseas yet to try it.

Be careful.

.

Out of curiousity. Are you not required to get approval before making such a weapons modification?

nah, we can make user level adjustments to our issue weapons. nothing permanent tho. Seeing as it makes the whole manual of arms for the M4 platform easier and more user friendly, no one had any complaints about it. as long as certain SOP’s and Reg’s are followed we’re allowed more slack than the guys on the line. For example, everyone in my team uses ALICE packs over the crap ass ruck’s the army issues us. we’re all moving over to chest rigs rather than having all our patches attached to our IOTV.

Try DSG Arms. They are a DSA vendor and have LEO and Military discounts.

I agree, I attach my BAD lever on my M4 whenever I pull it from the arms room and have yet to have anyone say anything other than Cool after asking what it is and I explain it. I used to be in a similar unit as you when I was Infantry, now I’m an FO attached to a CAV unit.

But in regards to modifying weapons, so long as it doesn’t present a safety issue, isn’t perm. and you return it to the origional configure before turning it back in, your fine, at least thats what I’ve experienced in all the units I’ve been in.

To my knowledge there is not a NSN for the BAD.
