I don’t see a thread about this gun yet so here goes
Think B&T will bring it to the US market like they did with the TP9? Canadians are gonna be able to have it soon. I realize pistol caliber SMGs are a little passe these days and most military and police are moving to 5.56 carbines but I think it looks pretty rad anyway. I’d love to have one, it tickles my fancy.
I hope its more reliable than the TP9 SBR that I fired a couple years ago. That thing needed to be soaked in lube or it would choke repeatedly. Looks like a (possibly) semi-affordable way for guys to get into a modern polymer framed 9mm carbine. The UMP 9mm conversions are prohibitivlely expensive and the CX4 is just…eh.
TP9’s felt goofy. This daddy likes the looks of. :dirol: Now that I have my ddm4v7 I have been wanting a 9 SMGish weapon to sbr. Sadly most available are goofy or ar HK clones and don’t run well.
Something is very wrong with something (either gun or ammo). We got more than a few TP9 SBRs and have run them bone dry without issue on several occasions.
Just to follow up on this thread I heard that DSA is looking to import the APC in “pistol form” to the USA.
It will be much more expensive than the TP9 though.
So this means I guess a version with a dinky little buttpaddy thing in the rear and just SBR and buy Folding stock.
Not sure about this part you SBR NFA Guys will know more about SBRing a pistol.
That would be nice if they imported it and possibly sbr it as a DSA option as well. I think I’d rather have this than a TP9 but it’s neat that it can accept the same mags as well.
