B.A.D. Barrels?

Does anyone have any experience with Battle Arms’ barrels? Accuracy, how are they ported?

It looks like they’re a rebranded North Tech Defense, but I haven’t seen a lot of reviews for those either.

For $400 it’s an expensive experiment, but 23oz SS barrels aren’t very common and it’s just what I’m looking for.

I just don’t get what’s the point? I’d rather have a better material suited for a lightweight barrel (b-11595e/4150) than 416SS. Sure it might be more accurate but the longevity is going to be severely reduced. Now I’m sure the quality is very high as most BaD products are but I just don’t get it.

I have a few NT barrels o I can speak for only them and not the BAD barrel even though they appear to be quite simular. Dustin the owner of NT is one of the nicest dudes in the industry if you want to know anything about their barrels I would call him to get specifics. I also can attest for the quality, they are pretty damn nice. I have only put 800 rounds through the one I have with the most mileage so I can not speak for the longevity of the barrel. The accuracy well…

100 yards with V-max 55gr

I was also ringing steel at 550, did not get a good group but this was well before I had the barrel dialed in and prob within the first 100 rounds.

I agree they are up there in price, but I have spent my hard earned on worse things. Since this is predominately a bench gun I am not that concentrated on weightsavings, this thing is a beast to carry around:cool:
