I just wanted everyone to know that I had emailed a question to Dennis tonight at 11:30 pm, expecting a response tomorrow, during regular business hours, and not only did I receive a response tonight, but it was only minutes later. I want to publicly thank Dennis for his turnaround time on the question. It is really reassuring when dealing with a company, and a purchase almost equal to the cost of my rifle (552 and 3x) that a response will be on its way quickly, and with assurances to my satisfaction with the product.

Dennis is well knowin for GREAT customer service. whoever replaced him in America F’in Sucks.

I was initially dealing with some chinese chick i guess she got fired too.

IT SEEMS THEY WILL ACCEPT ANY POSITICE OR PRODUCT QUESTIONS BUT WILL CENSOR ANY COMPLAINTS.

THEIR EXCUSE IS THAT MY COMMENTS COULD AFFECT THOUSANDS OF INDUSTRY JOBS.

IF THEY ARE SERIOUS ABOUT PRESERVING THEIR JOBS THEN THEN THEY SHOULD PROVIDE A GOOD PRODUCT AND SERVICE WHETHER IT BE TO GOVERMENT AGENCIES OR INDIVIDUALS !:mad: [/b][/u]
