I am trying to mount my ATN Patriot 2 NOD to my carbine. Is anybody familiar with the device and able to help me out? Can this maybe be mounted to an ACH? What does everyone think of this unit?

Knights and GG&G make a mount that will fit your optic.
So far the only mount I can get to semi-work is a PVS-14 mount. It wors okay, but it is offset and no good for co-witness.
