What up with ATF E Files the city/ down is vertical ,not horizontal?

ISIS hack attack. They want to delay NFA approvals so they dont feel outgunned by their intended victims.

I call ATF this morning and left a message with the Nerd Tech and it is Fixed now.

Is E-file only available for a NFA trust or could it be used on a form 1 or 4?
