Assistance with identifying this upper build

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum and I was hoping for assistance on a new build I am going to build. Does anyone know what handguard and barrel size on this AR?

Pretty sure that’s a RRA 7.5" upper but I don’t think they’ve made them in a long time. Everything now is a rail handguard.
