Edit - ARMS #41 Sight is SPF to the gentleman who posted below. Rail, wrench, QD swivel still available for sale for $175 shipped!
All sold!
I have an ARMS #41 folding front sight, and a Daniel Defense Omega X 12.0 FSP Rail that has been slightly modified to work with the ARMS folding front sight. Both pieces are in excellent shape, look nearly new. I wanted to have a 12" FF rail with the front sight post in place, like the Larry Vickers Signature Carbine from Daniel Defense - but I wanted a folding front. I started with a new ARMS #41, and cut off the sling swivel lug - no use inside a rail, anyway - sanded smooth and then re- blued the cut on the bottom. The ARMS #41 is slightly wider than a standard GI Front Sight Post, so I removed a couple millimeters of material on the inside of the FSP cutout with a flat jeweler’s file, so that the body of the sight cleared the cutout. I then re-anodized the cuts in the rail black, so that the material removal is invisible unless you know exactly where to look. Not a major modification, but necessary to use these two parts together. This combo will work on any barrel longer than 12" with a carbine gas tube. This is the perfect setup for putting an X200/X300 forward of the front sight post.

(Please note that the flecks on the rail in this photo are lint bits from being wrapped in a terrycloth, not scratches.)
Both of these are great parts, in very good to excellent condition with only minimal handling wear, and cost about $430 new, at the lowest prices I could find. Only selling because I am selling the 12" barrel for a shorter one. Mounted and installed, moved around in the safe for a few months but these parts were never fired on any rifle.
I’m asking $289 shipped, Priority mail, anywhere in the lower 48. Includes factory wrench, barrel nut, Allen Wrench, and FREE MI Q.D. Sling Swivel. I will consider reasonable offers, but I’m not planning to just give it away, as the parts are in great shape and represent some added labor.
Email me with any questions!
I have a Stickman photo of the same setup as mine , which is so much better than my photos that I’m including it here. NOT MY PHOTO, but this is how it looks.
