Nowhere remotely the votes in the House or even the Senate to pass this.
The Republicans flat-out still control the House and too many pro-2nd Senators on the Dem side.
The one and only good thing about Obama’s re-election is we are almost guarenteed to pick-up seats in 14. The party in the White House for 6 years tends to get slaughtered the second mid-term even when things are going relatively well.
Feinstein is in her last term and is desperate to reinstate her signature legislation to secure her Legacy.
She will finally rid the world of my dangerous namesake.
