Are LMT carry handles mil-spec height?

Trying to buy a carry handle, but so far my preferred brand of BCM has been out of stock for quite a while. I see the LMT carry handles around for a similar price, but I’m concerned as to whether or not they’re the correct mil spec height as the BCMs, Colts, etc.

Can anyone confirm for sure that the LMT carry handles are mil spec height?
