I have a Colt AR6951, tried a Geissele SSA. I think the bolt runs faster than the hammer because it was basically firing in bursts unless I very consciously let go of the trigger immediately. So my question is, anyone have experience with an ALG Defense ACT? As far as single stage mil spec I find them to be the best. The stock trigger is sloppy, gritty etc. Thanks in advance!
There is something wrong with the trigger, not the carrier speed. Contact Geissele
I took it out and it worked fine in a 5.56 and 7.62, so maybe it isn’t so much the hammer outrunning the bolt but something else?
I have a G2S (same as SSA) and it runs quite well with my RRA 9mm upper and Aero lower with Hahn mag block.
Maybe there’s something out of spec with your 6951.
