I was looking for someone who performs digital camo decal on AR, reasonable priced and locally located in NoVA (Ashburn, Chantilly, Dulles, Purceville).
If anyone has any recommendation on the professional or the price range, that would be great.

I think the term you’re looking for is ACU Digital Camo. Can’t help you out on finding someone though.
Try Lauer Weaponry. They specialize in Duracoat, including various camo patterns.

I’m not in NoVa, I’m in SoVa, but I do Duracoat and can do what you want.
