Finish my AR Pistol purchase.
Buy more ammo and shoot more.
Buy a LPVO to try the concept and finish my one AR…again. Possibly replace the same AR’s DD Quad rail with a BCM MCMR but not sure on that yet.

Finish a pistol build I am doing.
Shoot more. Training, and more ammo. And more ammo.
And for the sake of being on trend, buy a Colt. My BCMs need a friends.
Oh, and a couple optics wouldn’t be bad to have.
And more ammo.

20s? What kinds? USGI or Magpuls? I needs to know so I can PM your ass if one of the places I buy from pops up with old used USGIs for $8 a piece again. Or if Colts go back on sale at $12.

Less time at the bench with my bolt guns and more running around with my AR. Get my MNQ time respectable, shoot more drills in general. Mag change is getting better but still too slow.

1-Put more lead down range. 2017 wasn’t my best year. Lose some weight so I can carry my rifle faster and get back out to 3gun.

2-Teach others how to do what I can do. It’s not that hard.

I have a 6920, just have to sort out my optics. I don’t want a Red Dot, I want some magnification, but need to decide how much. I want to keep it light weight though.

USGI.

I have a couple magpuls and lancers but prefer USGI all day.

I wish I’d gotten at least two black straight magpul 20s. They had hangups I have heard but they looked cool.

I’d appreciate it

  2. Buy 2 more high quality scopes. Maybe the new nx8
  3. Stock up on spare parts. Bolts, springs, etc.
  4. 20rd colt mags
  5. buy more reloading supplies
  6. teach my kids to prep brass

Why 20 rounders? Just curious. Are you talking about for your 6.8 or for 5.56/.223?

AR related… Nothing other than what I’m doing now. Still rocking the same rifle for the last 5 yrs. It works, not messing with it. Goal of shooting 2K rounds per year was met in 2017, not planning on increasing in 2018. This is training rounds, not plinking.

I train primarily with pistol at 6K a year if possible. That’s all the time I honestly have to shoot.

Shoot more, especially in the cold or in crappy weather. I started doing this in about September of 2017, but want to make sure I keep at it.

Buy a low powered variable for my midlength. A while back I bought a Primary Arms 2.5x for it just for kicks, and have found it to actually be a good little optic, but lacking in versatility. I think a good LPVO is what I really want for this particular gun.

Build more Retro ARs.

  4. Find and take Carbine or pistol training
  5. Shoot more/shoot with purpose

Because 20 round mags are just more versatile for me. 30 rounders get in my way. I like to prone out sometimes and I’d rather have a pile of 20 rounders than 30 rounders to do that with.

Not buy any more guns.

Make sure my 458 Lott works 100%, currently having it converted to take detachable single stack AICS mags
Buy 500gr. A-frames and load it up to about 2100fps
Load up some expanding stuff for my ruger srh 454

Shoot water bottles and fruit with both of my little .45’s. :smiley:

Get aimpoint T2 and maybe light for the AUG
