You seen this on “Virginia gun trader” right now, 3 models to chose from! Wondering IF it is too good to be true, what do you guys think?
I just got off the phone with the man and it seems they have min. of 25 buyers as of right now with only a few days left, I’m very interested in the 300 Blackout 7.5" pistol.

I don’t get it. I don’t see any type of deal there and it’s from a company with very indiscriptive house parts.

he said alot AR manu. use them and he doesn’t want to play around with junk…

Not much is said about the barrel beyond the finish. Still though, for a lower round count gun, chambered in a cartridge that isn’t nearly as over-bore as the 5.56, chrome lining isn’t that big of a deal. For AKs which shoot a similar cartridge, chrome lining is far more about shooting corrosive ammo and less about barrel life.
Having participated in several group buys in the past, VERY few of them work out well or anywhere close to the originally stated timeline. Good luck, YMMV, etc. I cannot see going to that hassle for an AR15 from a relatively unknown maker. Let me know if KAC or LMT offers a group buy - which will likely not occur before several more continental glaciers have advanced and retreated across my home state.
So you’re proposing on that basis that this rifle is as good as any other “mil-spec” AR-15?
Pay bargain-basement prices for a firearm, you will almost always end up with a basement-quality firearm.
I simply do not understand cheaping out, buying off-brand firearms. I take more pride in my firearms than that. I want demonstrable quality from a known quality manufacturer. If I have to post on an internet gun-forum “hey guys…ever hear of this gun mfgr?”…that’s an automatic pre-fail IMHO.
Group buys…no way. Recipe for heartbreak.

Unless, we’re talking DD, LMT, KAC, BCM, Colt, Larue, Noveske, etc., which is very unlikely.
Looks like the OP has made up his mind! At best he will get $400 worth of parts of unknown origin. Maybe Chi-Com parts for all we know.
