AR Build for AAC 7.62SDN-6 Suppressor

Hi,
I’m from Michigan where suppressors just became legal to possess about a month ago. So I am in the process of reconfiguring some rifles to be suppressor friendly.

My question is this: I choose a AAC 7.62SDN-6 suppressor to go on my 7.62 & 5.56 rifles. The 7.62 rifles have barrels between 16"-20" where the according to testing the suppressor preforms best. My question mostly has to deal with using this suppressor on an AR-15 platform. If I was going to build (or buy) a rifle from the ground up to work well with this suppressor what are some things I should consider. (Can’t have SBR’s in michigan…yet).

-What would be the optimal gas length?
-Should I go with an Adj. gas block?
-What are other suppressor friendly features?
-Any other input…Knowledge and experience are appreciated.

Budget: +/- $1,500

I’ve never seen anyone who needed the adjustable block thingies. You can dial the gun in with a heavier buffer most of the time.

I run mine on a 14.5 carbine gassed upper. 14.5 middy is better though.
