Apple Junkies (Quicktime / .mov question)

My daughter’s school produced a movie, .mov file extension, which is made up of stills put to music. Is there a way to “explode” the movie so I can have prints made of the individual photos?

Depends what OS you are using to watch the Video

If windows, then just hit the print screen button and paste into something like mspaint and crop to your liking.

If you are on a Mac, then you can screen capture (command shift 4).
