I was researching appendix carry & ran into this video on Sparrow hitman in the Philippines.

He seems to use his weak hand to assist the draw. It may be effective for hitmen, but probably not useful for everyday carry.
Just watch out if a man comes up to you grabbing his crotch, he may be a Sparrow Hitman. 
Appendix carry?
As sometime happens, I was too pithy and did not properly convey my intended question. I was questioning whether the demonstration was appendix carry or crotch carry ala SmartCarry.
I agree that it is not appendix carry. It was just how I ended finding it on youtube when I was looking at true appendix carry videos
Yes, the fingers of the left hand are used to push the gun up so that the firing hand can get a grip on it.
What could possibly go wrong with that method of carry?
