Apex ram wont come out of sear block

Hey guys, Id like to switch my apex ram from my full size into my compact.

Problem is I cant get the ram out of my full size sear housing block. I bought the gun 2nd hand and didnt install the ram and I dont really understand what it holding it it. I tried rotating it around, I lightly tapped it with a punch and hammer.

So how do you get a ram back out of a sear housing block?

If you have to hammer the RAM out, you’ve got a serious problem
